Realis Solutions Group · AI Advisory
Your team is already using AI. Do you know how exposed you are?
We score your organization's AI readiness across six dimensions in a day and a half — and hand you a prioritized list of what to fix first. Scored posture in hand by end of week.
It's the assess phase of the 3/3/3 model — assess in days, pilot in weeks, prove production value in months.

The problem
Who this is for
What you get
The Scorecard turns anxiety into clarity — a number and a color you can report to anyone who asks.
Scored red/yellow/green across six dimensions — usage, data exposure, policy, workforce, vendor risk, and compliance. A one-page posture you can show a board or insurer.
Your top 3–5 immediate actions ranked by risk reduction per effort — things to do this week, not a 90-day roadmap. With owner suggestions and effort estimates.
A visual of what AI tools are in use, what data flows through them, and where the exposure points may be — sanctioned and shadow alike.
An honest, one-page read on where you stand and what makes sense next — whether that's an engagement, something you handle internally, or "you're fine, here's what to maintain."
The six dimensions
How it works
A structured questionnaire completed async before the engagement day — so principal time goes to evaluation, not information gathering. Interviews are scheduled with 3–5 stakeholders.
A full day: 3–5 structured stakeholder interviews (30 minutes each), tool and usage inventory analysis, and identification of your top exposure points — following a codified framework, not freeform conversation.
Each of the six dimensions is scored red/yellow/green against a proprietary rubric built from running these engagements at enterprise scale. The Usage Map is drafted and exposures ranked.
A half day to finalize the Scorecard, Priority Action Brief, Usage Map, and Path Forward Brief — closing with a 30-minute delivery briefing with your leadership. Scored posture in hand by end of week.

What this does not include
Where the assessment leads
The Path Forward Brief tells you what you actually need next — including "you're fine," if that's the truth.
When the assessment shows you're building AI with no governance around the development process.
When the assessment shows your AI product can't prove the trustworthiness your buyers demand.
When the assessment shows you're depending on AI vendors whose claims no one has independently verified.
When the assessment shows your leadership needs the framing to understand — and fund — the fix.
Any question. 20 minutes. A real answer — no pitch. Tell us what you want to know when you book, and we'll come ready.
